Amid divorce rumours with Govinda, a clip from Sunita’s interview has been making rounds online. In an old chat with Hauterrfly, Sunita reminisced about the time she gave birth to their first child, Tina Ahuja. For those unaware, Sunita had Tina when she was only 19 years old. Recalling the time of her delivery, she revealed how Govinda’s hectic work schedule barely gave him time to be by her side during her delivery. She shared:
“When I was delivering Tina, tab mujhe yaad hai iska (Govinda) paanch shift tha. Har shift ke baad aata tha hospital. Jab delivery ka waqt nazdeek aaya na, to wo nazdeek raste se shoot karta tha. Jhatak se aana padta hai na. ‘(Delivery) ho gaya kya?’ I was like, ‘Pain ho raha hai, aayega ab, ya aayegi, aayegi’.”
