Sydney Sweeney’s Euphoria character, ‘Cassie Howard’ has been over-the-top and controversial since the series’ first season. The actress faced intense online scrutiny due to her character’s unjustifiable actions and for portraying adult scenes and nudity. During one of her interviews, she discussed the same, sharing how her parents and grandparents reacted to her scenes where she’s almost unclad. The 28-year-old actress was quoted by Us Weekly as saying that her mom was supportive of her work and even visited her on sets; however, things were different with her dad. She said:
“My mom visited me on set at the time, so she knew the story, and I talked to her a lot about it …my dad didn’t. Yeah, I didn’t prepare my dad…at all.”
