In the newly released video, obtained by TMZ, Sandoval and Robinson can seemingly be seen arguing outside a home. The footage is reportedly dated June 3, 2026, the same day that Victoria was arrested from Tom’s house on domestic battery charges. Tom can be seen rushing towards Victoria, who was sitting with her father in front of a fire pit. The restaurateur appears to reach for a device that Victoria was holding, which reports say may have been a phone recording the confrontation.
