Travis Head’s wife, Jessica, in an interview with The Adelaide Advertiser, revealed that her friends and family got targeted. She referred to her old wounds surfacing, where during the 2023 World Cup finals, Australia had defeated India with Travis creating 137 runs and he receiving the player of the match award due to his win. Jessica slamming trollers said:
“It feels like a repeat of the abuse that happened after the World Cup. I woke up to my socials blasting… we are fine but they are attacking my friends and family.”
