In a piece of heartbreaking news, junior artist, Sanjib Singh passed away at the age of 51. The actor reportedly passed away on July 5, 2026, while returning home from a TV shoot. Sanjib had passed away outside a petrol pump when he had halted to refill petrol. The actor reportedly had completed a 13-hour shift on his ongoing serial, Dr Aarambhi.

According to social media reports, Sanjib Singh had suffered a massive heart attack at one of the petrol pumps in Mumbai. It was the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) who had confirmed his death. According to FWICE, Sanjib was returning home to Andheri after completing a 13-hour shoot for his show, Dr Aarambhi.
