The much-awaited Kollywood film is directed by SU Arun Kumar, who is the man behind movies like Pannaiyarum Padminiyum, Sethupathi, and Chithha. For the uninitiated, the film’s release was halted due to a legal case around it in the court. However, after a tough battle in court, the makers of Veera Dheera Sooran won the case. Many market researchers predicted that the delay in the film’s release could hamper its growth at the box office.

According to a report in ETimes, Veera Dheera Sooran reportedly earned around Rs. 7 crore in Tamil Nadu in just two days, while its overall collection touches the mark of Rs. 13 crore.
