The film’s production house, Vyjayanthi Movies, confirmed that the movie will be re-released on its 10th anniversary captioning, “A decade later, Dudh Kasi calls us again. Relive the magic of Yevade Subramanyam on the big screen.” The re-release is to further amplify the nostalgia surrounding the film. Yevade Subramanyam happens to be Nag Ashwin’s directorial debut. While he received acclaim for his directorial finesse, he later directed blockbuster Mahanti (starring Keerthy Suresh), a biopic on late legendary actress Savithri, and followed it up with Pan India film Kalki 2898 AD, starring Prabhas.
