Her mother-in-law, Giribala Singh, a retired judge, along with Twisha’s husband, Samarth Singh, are in the police custody till June 2, 2026. Now, according to the latest update, Twisha was reportedly judged by her in-laws due to her modelling career. Twisha Sharma’s brother, Major Harshit Sharma and sister-in-law Dr. Rashi Abrol, sat down for an interview with Barkha Dutt. They revealed that Twisha faced constant judgment after her marriage. The duo claimed that, despite Giribala being educated, influential and having a professional stature, Twisha was repeatedly scrutinised for being “too liberal”, questioned about her past relationships, subjected to comments about her mental health, and made to feel that her modelling career reflected poorly on her character.
