Actor Sonal Chauhan recently attended the India vs New Zealand T20 World Cup final in Ahmedabad, and what turned out to be a thrilling cricket match also gave her a moment she will always remember. The actress later shared a glimpse of the experience on social media, calling it truly special.
In the video shared by Sonal, fans who were present at the stadium spotted her in the VIP stands and began singing her iconic song Zara Si Dil Mein De Jagah Tu. The actress looked visibly touched by the gesture as she smiled, waved back at the crowd and recorded the sweet moment on her phone.

She captioned the post, “This was so soooo special. Couldn’t capture the whole moment. But it was just too special the way you all sang my song ZARA SA…. I’m sure my smile says it all. Thank you Ahmedabad. I love you Gujrat. I LOVE YOU ALL. Thank you for making me smile always.”

Sonal Chauhan made her Bollywood debut opposite Emraan Hashmi in the 2008 romantic thriller Jannat, directed by Kunal Deshmukh. The film was widely loved, especially for its music, with Zara Si Dil Mein De Jagah Tu becoming one of its most memorable tracks. Sung by KK, composed by Pritam and written by Sayeed Quadri, the song continues to remain popular even today. Sonal was last seen in Adipurush in 2023, where she played Mandodari.
