When Shikhar Dhawan’s Ex-Wife, Aesha Mukerji Spoke About How To Deal With Emotions, ‘Change Your..’

Shikhar Dhawan’s ex-wife, Aesha Mukerji, is a Melbourne-based former kickboxer, fitness freak, and social media personality. Her Instagram handle is private, but it reads that she is an entrepreneur, co-founder of the B.Human Movement and is also into coaching, mentorship and is a somatic practitioner and a leader. She was in the limelight because of her high-profile marriage to former Indian cricketer, Shikhar Dhawan and her toxic divorce with him. The ex-partners have a son named Zoravar, and he is reportedly with Aesha in Australia. Now, a video of Aesha had surfaced on the social media, where she had spoken on how to deal with emotions.

For the unversed, Shikhar Dhawan’s ex-wife, Aesha Mukerji, has been the co-founder of The B. Human Movement. In one of the videos posted on the Instagram page of The B. Human Movement, Aesha was seen speaking about how one can never think of their way out of an emotional state. But one can surely try to navigate as most people try to logic their way out of feeling low, flat, anxious, or overwhelmed. They then try ways to figure it out, be positive, or push the feeling down and keep going. Aesha revealed that no matter what happens, one has to change one’s state, and the best way to do that is with breathing. Speaking on how to deal with emotions, Aesha said:

“You can change it with posture, physiology helps. You can change it grounding while you are on field. You can change your state and you are actually in the game. But if you are waiting for something to happen for you to feel okay, then you have already lost it. You are waiting for another charge to influence you so that you are only working with what emotionally feels good. You are not controlling the motion, whereas you can dictate the emotion.”
