Why was ChudTheBuilder arrested?
According to the police documents, Dalton Eatherly was taken into custody on May 9, 2026. It happened after the officers responded to a complaint at Bob’s Steak and Chop House inside the Omni Hotel in Nashville. Authorities revealed that the streamer had been livestreaming inside the restaurant despite repeated requests from management to stop. Some police reports cited by The Tennessean stated that the restaurant staff became concerned when they realised that Dalton was broadcasting content live from the venue. In turn, the management and security repeatedly asked him to stop.
