Last week, the family got hit by the biggest blow after the rapper’s 14-year-old nephew accidentally shot his 12-year-old sister. While she was rushed to the hospital, out of guilt and fear of being arrested, the young boy committed suicide.

In the snap, the little one looked cute in a white-hued T-shirt with a pink jacket atop it. And 21 Savage held him in his arms while the little boy made a sign using his fingers.
