Indian rapper, Badshah, who has often grabbed attention for his hit and energetic songs, is currently making headlines for all the wrong reasons. For those who do not know, a few days ago, Badshah released his song, Tateeree; however, it faced major backlash from the audience for its lyrics. Further, his alleged wedding with Isha Rikhi intensified the rumours. Well now, the rapper has come forward and spoken about the difficult phase.
Badshah breaks silence on the Tateeree controversy
Recently, on March 27, 2026, the Indian rapper, Badshah took to his Instagram Stories to share a long note amid the ongoing controversy. For those unaware, Badshah was heavily trolled for his recent song, Tateeree due to its inappropriate lyrics and visuals. Later, Badshah publicly apologised to the audience; however, the backlash did not stop and it only intensified. Well now, after a long silence, Badshah took to his IG Stories and penned:
“I’ll be honest with you, these past few weeks tested me in ways I wasn’t fully prepared for. There’s a version of this life that looks perfect from the outside, and then there’s the reality of what you actually carry when the cameras are off. I’ve been sitting with a lot.”
