Arbaaz Khan Sells Andheri West Apartment for Rs 6.5 Crore in Mumbai

Arbaaz Khan, brother of Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has reportedly sold his luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Andheri West for Rs 6.5 crore. According to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, the transaction was officially registered on May 5, 2026. The apartment is located in Tower B of the premium Runwal Elegante project at Lokhandwala Complex, near Infiniti Mall in Andheri West, one of Mumbai’s most sought after residential areas.

The apartment has a carpet area of 1,369 sq ft and also comes with two dedicated car parking spaces. Documents revealed that the buyers paid a stamp duty of Rs 39 lakh for the registration process. Known for its connectivity and celebrity presence, Andheri West continues to attract professionals, entrepreneurs and members of the entertainment industry. Runwal Elegante is considered one of the prominent luxury residential projects in the western suburbs of Mumbai.

Interestingly, earlier this year, Arbaaz Khan had also purchased a new apartment worth Rs 2.78 crore in Jogeshwari West, Mumbai. The property is situated on the 27th floor of the Autograph Residency building on Link Road and has a RERA carpet area of 1,243 sq ft. The apartment includes two parking spaces and was reportedly bought at a per sq ft price of over Rs 22,000. The transaction was registered on February 17, 2026, with over Rs 16 lakh paid as stamp duty along with a registration fee of Rs 30,000.

Meanwhile, Salman Khan’s brother in law and actor producer Atul Agnihotri has also been making headlines in the real estate space. Earlier in January 2026, reports stated that his firm Shivansai Homemaker Infra LLP would redevelop the 60 year old Palimala Co operative Housing Society building in Bandra, Mumbai. Documents reportedly showed that five out of the 11 flats in the society are owned by the Agnihotri family and their company, Reel Life Production Pvt Ltd. After redevelopment, the members of the society are expected to receive larger RERA carpet areas compared to their existing homes.
