Mountaineer Nirmal ‘Nims’ Purja went missing after a horrifying avalanche hit the Broad Peak in Pakistan. According to reports, the avalanche occurred on July 31, 2026, and since then, four climbers have been confirmed dead while six still remain missing. One of these climbers is the world-renowned climber who was part of an international expedition on the 8,047-meter mountain when the avalanche hit.
