The wrestling world has been left in a state of mourning after the news of Bill Dundee’s death broke. The tragic news was first shared by Bill’s son, Jamie Dundee, who is also a wrestler. Taking to Facebook on September 6, 2026, Jamie revealed that his father passed away at approximately 3:30 a.m. In the note, he claimed that it hurt him to share this news. Calling Bill, a superstar, Jamie promised to catch him on the other side. He wrote:
“With a heavy heart, it hurts me to have to say this…At 3:30 this morning, the SUPERSTAR BILL DUNDEE has passed away…I love you, Dad. Will catch you on the OTHERSIDE…REST IN PEACE, SUPERSTAR…Love, Bill’s Boy.”
