Aishwarya Lekshmi gets candid about taking therapy after a very hard breakup
In a recent interview with Rajini Haridas, the Gatta Kusthi 2 actress shared details about her mental health journey. She recalled going through weekly therapy sessions for a year after a very hard breakup. Aishwarya shared that her first attempt at therapy didn’t go well. She initially consulted a female therapist online and didn’t meet her in person. Aishwarya said:
“I was going through a very hard breakup. I met with a lady therapist, and all of this was online. I never went in person. My schedule wouldn’t allow. The way she was speaking was not working for me. So that’s also important; you need to meet the right person.”
