Lisa is rapidly expanding her footprint beyond music. The BLACKPINK star stepped into acting with her debut in Mike White’s The White Lotus’ third season. She portrayed the enigmatic Mook, a hotel staffer whose presence added intrigue to the story. Since the show premiered in 2025, Lisa has continued to build momentum as an actor. She signed on to multiple upcoming projects. Among them is her Korean drama debut, Extraction: Tygo, where she stars alongside Ma Dong Seok and Lee Jin Wook. Now, she has added another milestone to her career. Lisa has now been named one of the presenters at the upcoming 83rd Golden Globe Awards. This also makes her the first K-Pop artist reportedly invited to present at the prestigious ceremony.

Interestingly, the third season of The White Lotus won the Best Television Drama Series award at last year’s Golden Globes. It would be interesting to note which films and series get awarded this year.
