As per the latest reports, Brittany Boltinhouse’s lawyer threatened legal action against the organizers for their “wrongful and unjustified” decision. In a video posted to Brittany Boltinhouse’s Instagram handle, an attorney for the former pageant queen, Patrick Mincey, said that he has been hired to represent Brittany “in connection with anticipated legal action arising from the wrongful and unjustified stripping of the Miss North Carolina USA 2026 title.”
Mincey revealed that he would be investigating the circumstances leading to her dethroning, which, according to him, will be ‘national in scope’. He also revealed that the investigation has already begun and evidence has been unearthed.
