The ensemble comedy entertainer Dhamaal 4 is steadily making its mark at the box office. After making a decent start on its opening day, the multi-starrer witnessed a growth in ticket sales on Saturday. This vital weekend surge has given the film exactly the kind of momentum big Bollywood releases target during their opening days.
According to early estimates by tracking portal Sacnilk, Dhamaal 4 raked in Rs 22.50 crore on its second day of release in India. The film had previously opened with Rs 14 crore on Friday. With Saturday’s strong performance, the total two-day domestic box office collection for the film now stands at Rs 36.50 crore.

Directed by Indra Kumar, the film arrived in theatres on July 10, facing a clash with the Hollywood release Moana. Despite sharing the market with a massive global competitor, the Bollywood comedy entertainer has managed to maintain a strong foothold at the ticket windows. Trade experts attribute this stability to the established franchise’s loyal fan base and its massive star-studded ensemble cast.
The increase in collections on Saturday serves as a positive indicator for the producers, signalling that family audiences are turning up in large numbers over the weekend. While Sunday’s box office performance remains highly critical, the current trajectory suggests that crossing the coveted Rs 50 crore milestone within its opening weekend will be achievable for the film.

Dhamaal 4 marks the return of one of Bollywood’s most celebrated comedy franchises, after the success of the previous part, Total Dhamaal. In this new film, Ajay Devgn leads the pack as Guddu, while Riteish Deshmukh plays Lallan. Meanwhile, Arshad Warsi and Jaaved Jaaferi return to reprise their iconic roles as Adi and Manav, the loved duo whose unique comic chemistry has historically been a prime highlight of the franchise. The cast also features Ravi Kishan as Adhoora and Sanjay Mishra as Johnny.
