Along with the video, the Buying Beverly Hills star shared a caption, “We’re having a…” The video begins with Farrah’s sister Sophia Kylie Umansky documenting the buildup … grabbing pink and blue balloons, an Hermès gift, and even matching cat collars before the family learned the results.
