According to the court records obtained by TMZ, years before she spoke out about forgiving him, Brian sent Hayden threats after his arrest. For the unversed, Brian was arrested on February 14, 2020, after he allegedly struck Hayden in the face with a closed fist at an Airbnb in Wyoming.
Reports revealed that officers found Brian Hickerson intoxicated and locked out of the home. Hayden Panettiere further told the officers that her boyfriend had roughed her up in the bedroom, and the cops reported that the actress’s face was red and swollen. She also had a mark they believed may have been caused by Brian’s watch. The actor was arrested for domestic violence, months after his arrest in California for previously assaulting Hayden.
