A mistrial has been declared in Lindsay Clancy’s case after the jury was unable to reach a unanimous verdict. For those who don’t know, Lindsay Clancy’s murder trial stemmed from a horrific incident that took place in 2023. Lindsay was charged with the murder of her three kids; however, she pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity.
Lindsay was suffering from postpartum psychosis, and her defense team had argued that she should not be held criminally responsible for the murders of her three babies, while the prosecutors maintained that it was planned.
