His ex-wife, Heather Ammel, has sued Kyrsten under North Carolina’s alienation of affection law. For Kyrsten, this has not been the only setback, as in 2021 she had found herself dealing with a broken foot whose picture of which has now surfaced amid her affair with Matthew.

A look at Kyrsten Sinema’s Instagram handle shows that in 2021 she was dealing with a very painful setback. It was during a marathon when Kyrsten broke her foot while running through a tunnel. The injury had not dampened her enthusiasm for her buddies who had competed next to her.
Kyrsten Sinema, who herself has been an avid athlete for years, took part in the Light at the End of the Tunnel Marathon back in June 2021. The marathon took place in Washington. During the race, Sinema suffered a foot injury, but she continued for another mile. Kyrsten could not help a friend reach the finish line.
