Lindsay Clancy’s lawyer Kevin Reddington revealed that he intends to ask Judge William Sullivan to set aside the hung-jury outcome that resulted in Lindsay’s first trial being declared a mistrial. If it is granted, Lindsay would avoid a possible second trial and potential conviction.
