Major Rishabh Singh Sambyal, a decorated Army Officer, became an internet sensation during his tenure as Aide-de-Camp (ADC) to President Droupadi Murmu. But much to the surprise of many, he took a premature retirement after just 12 years of service. The former officer, who is also known as the “national crush,” shared pictures from his meeting with the President at Rashtrapati Bhavan. It made his admirers wonder why an officer who had a promising career ahead decided to step away from the service.

Major Rishabh Singh Sambyal has stated that his decision to resign was rooted in personal and family reasons. He also clarified that there was no professional dissatisfaction influencing his decision. Major Rishabh explained that it was his childhood dream to serve in the Indian Army. In fact, he also never imagined that he would have to take off his uniform so early in his career.
