As reported by Zoom, Panchayat is definitely making a comeback. A source close to the production revealed in a Zoom report. The fifth season is under development, and the cast is shooting for it. It might go on the floor after the writing and pre-production work are completed. However, no definite release date has been announced, and it will be released after post-production schedules and creative approvals. It is worth noting that Prime Video had earlier teased the show’s return on its official social media handle. They shared a poster and captioned it as:
“Hi 5! Phulera wapas aane ki taiyyaari shuru kar lijiye. #PanchayatOnPrime, New Season, Coming Soon.”
