Paris is seen in a brown T-shirt with black jeans while her mother Debbie is in a baby pink T-shirt and blue denim. She captioned the photo as, “Happy mothers day to the lady they used for my template during the cloning process.” The mother-daughter duo indeed have similar features, including blue eyes, nose, cheekbones and more.
Paris had previously opened up about her relationship with her mother, which began as an adult friendship in the more matured years of her life. She had once noted, “By the time my mom came into my life, it wasn’t a ‘mommy’ thing. It’s more of an adult relationship.” During her appearance at the Red Table Talk in 2021, Paris said, “Getting to know her, seeing how similar we are, getting into what kind of music she likes – and she really likes country and folk.” She had also added, “We look a lot alike. It’s just cool having her as a friend. It’s very chill, which I love. It’s the perfect word to describe it.”

Opening up on the new Michael biopic, Jackson also said that she had “zero per cent involvement” with the biopic. She also shared that the film has been “sugar-coated.” However, Colman Domingo, who plays Joe Jackson in the movie, told People magazine that Paris and her brother Prince were “very much in support of our film.”
