The nominations for the 97th Academy Awards are out and on the list is the Indian short film Anuja. Directed by Adam J. GRaves and backed by Guneet Monga, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Mindy Kaling and others, the film is nominated in the Live Action Short Film category.
Anuja is in the Oscars 2025 race. Other short films on the list include A Lien, The Last Ranger, I’m Not a Robot and The Man Who Could Not Remain Silent. Opening up about the nod, Guneet Monga Kapoor said, “Incredibly honoured for this nomination at the 97th Oscars.
