In Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa’s podcast, Rubina shared about her traumatic experience when she decided to buy a house in Mumbai. She had never invested anything in Mumbai for the past 10 years. However, when Rubina bought her first home, it fell into the wrong hands. The actress recalled:
“Within less than 90 days I was supposed to shift in the house. The guy where the money was invested went absconding. It took me 3 years to find and bring the money back but that never came back. I lost that house, the money and everything.”
