It is Thalapathy Vijay everywhere as the superstar is once again going to win hearts with his upcoming film, Jana Nayagan. The film is set to release on July 23, 2026, after facing several hurdles. The revised version has now completed all certification formalities. Ahead of the theatrical release, the newly released promotional video has visuals of his transition into films, creating huge excitement among fans.

The excitement around Vijay’s film, Jana Nayagan, which is said to be his farewell film, has generated massive interest among moviegoers, particularly in Tamil-speaking regions. In the film, Vijay, who will be seen in the titular role, received a substantial amount as remuneration. As per multiple reports, Vijay has been paid around Rs. 220 crore as fees. The report further stated that if the film crosses a global box-office collection, then the actor will be paid Rs. 31 crore as a bonus.
Coming back to the other cast member’s fee, Bobby Deol, who made a stupendous mark with Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal, will play a negative role in the film. He will have a face-off with Vijay, and for his role, the actor secured a paycheck of Rs. 5 crore. Pooja Hegde, who is playing the female lead in the film, is reportedly receiving Rs. 3 crore. Pooja had earlier collaborated with Vijay in Beast.
