Top Chef: Carolians, the 23rd season of the much-loved American reality television series, is now in its 23rd season and is running on week 7. Last week, it was a BBQ challenge, which led to one of the talented chefs, Sieger Bayer, being eliminated, who chose not to take part in Last Chance Kitchen.
Well, week 7 has seen a double elimination. To mention, Top Chef premiered on TV on March 9, 2026, as season 23 began with a total of 15 contestants, and now there are only 7 chefstants left. This week, there were two challenges: the Quickfire challenge (all-day meal) and the elimination challenge (Southern desserts).
