Sophia Maddox was born in El Segundo, California, and spent a big chunk of her childhood in NY. Her parents parted ways when she was young and spent her time divided between two homes. While not much is known about her mom, her father is a former artist and model, and allegedly played a huge role in shaping her interests. By the age of 22, Maddox was living in LA, working towards establishing herself in the entertainment world.
To survive during the initial years, she did a variety of jobs. In 2022, Sophia Maddox was on a trip to NYC when she contracted COVID-19 on her way back. The revelation was difficult for Maddox to believe and deeply unsettled her, making her question her own identity.
