After a few years of dating each other, the ex-couple called off their relationship, citing religious differences as the reason. After a long time of keeping mum, Himanshi bared her heart out and, without naming anyone, she claimed that the person she was involved with stopped her from practising her religion.

Almost a week after the podcast with Paras Chabbra went viral, Asim shared his side of the story. Now, Asim, took a dig at her again. In his latest post on X, Asim, without naming anyone, called her a ‘fame digger’. He went on to state that it was a career move rather than love from Himanshi’s side. He wrote:
“A fame digger doesn’t love you; they love your name, your image and what standing beside you makes them look like. They call it love, but it was always a career move. A name takes years of pain to build; you don’t get to borrow it and pretend you built it.”
