Lil Durk’s verdict was read out on Friday, September 11, 2026, leaving the rapper in tears. Durk, whose real name is Durk Banks, was found not guilty of conspiracy, stalking resulting in death, and murder-for-hire charges related to a 2022 shooting incident.
Prosecutors had alleged that Lil Durk was the man behind orchestrating a hit on a rival rapper named Quando Rondo as revenge for murdering his friend, King Von, in 2020. While Quando had survived the targeted shooting, his cousin, Saviay’a “Lul Pub” Robinson, was killed.
