Vijay’s confession about his marriage to Sangeetha resurfaced
Sangeetha and Vijay started dating in 1996 and tied the knot in 1999. They registered their marriage in the UK in 1998. The duo later celebrated their nuptials with a grand ceremony in Chennai on August 25, 1999, which included both Hindu and Christian rituals. For the unversed, Sangeetha comes from a Hindu Tamil family, while Vijay’s father is a Christian and his mother is a Hindu.
