The world of pink is back, but this time, it begins long before Harvard. The official teaser trailer and first-look pictures for Elle have finally dropped, giving fans a glimpse into the early life of the iconic Elle Woods. The clip opens with cheerful montages of a young Elle getting ready, surrounded by everything pink and perfectly polished.
“I’m lucky to have this life,” she says, adding that she wouldn’t change anything about it. But things soon take an unexpected turn. Her parents reveal that the family is moving to Seattle due to her father’s job transfer, forcing the teenager to leave behind the life she loves. The move marks the beginning of a completely new chapter for young Elle as she navigates a fresh city, unfamiliar faces and the emotional chaos of starting over.
Set years before the events of Legally Blonde, the highly anticipated prequel series follows Elle Woods during her high school years in 1995. Through it all, Elle uses her family as a touchstone and forms an even tighter bond with her mother, proving that they can get through anything life throws their way as long as they have each other. With each challenge she faces, Elle grows closer to the Elle Woods we know and love today.
