A source told In Touch that Brian has told the truth about what happened when Hayden died, but he is scared because the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is investigating her death. According to the source, Hayden’s mom does not believe Brian’s explanation of what happened in Hayden’s final hours. The source was quoted as saying:
“Brian swears up and down that he’s been completely honest about what happened the day Hayden died, but make no mistake, he’s terrified right now. The DEA is investigating. It’s very serious, and Hayden’s mom is clearly on the warpath.”
