Jennifer Finch reportedly, a few weeks before her death, used to get low anxiety dreams
Jennifer Finch was not just known for her influential music, but she had once even shared her reflections on life, her mental health and daily experiences. Jennifer had shared that she had got low anxiety dreams and had confessed that lately her dreams were not dramatic, crazy or vivid. There were no monsters, no apocalypse in her dreams. Jennifer, speaking about her dreams, had shared:
“Instead I’m dreaming about very small problems. I’m supposed to take a medicine but can’t find it. Someone won’t answer the phone. I’m late for something minor, something I do not even understand why it is important. It’s like my brain is practising tiny inconveniences while I sleep. Given everything going on in the real world, I’ll take it. Low-anxiety dreams are not exciting, but strangely comforting.”
