Lady Gaga has found her forever in Michael Polansky, but she had to go through several heartbreaks to get there. From her broken engagements with Taylor Kinney in 2016 and Christian Carino in February 2019 to a short-lived romance with Dan Horton in October 2020, Gaga hadn’t been very lucky in love until she met Michael. Back in 2020, after three failed romances, she allegedly worried about ending up alone and being unable to start a family.
