Young girl pranks superstar Prabhas
During his appearance on The Under 18 World youth podcast, the kids present on the show challenged KTR to call a superstar actor from his personal phone. Accepting the fun challenge, KTR dialed Prabhas directly. When the Baahubali actor answered with a polite “Good evening sir,” KTR handed the phone to a young girl seated beside him instead of answering himself.
Playing along with a pre-planned prank, the girl innocently claimed she had found the phone lying on the road and asked Prabhas whom she was speaking to. Confused by the unfamiliar voice on KTR’s line, Prabhas abruptly hung up the call without saying anything further.
At this point, KTR took his phone back from the girl and redialled the Adipurush actor to clarify that it was a light-hearted prank for the podcast show. Prabhas realised the context.
Prabhas says okay to do a podcast
When KTR asked Prabhas if he would be willing to do a podcast with them despite his lack of interest in giving interviews, the actor apparently said yes. KTR also joked that the kids would be apologising to him for the prank. After the call with the Salaar actor, KTR told the kids, “He said ok. But he didn’t appreciate you guys prank-calling him”. One of the girls present asked for another prank call, this time with SS Rajamouli.
Known for his quick wit, sharp repartee, and conversational style that often incorporates humour into public life and political interactions, KTR jokingly said that the kids were literally running a government.
On the work front, Prabhas is handling three projects simultaneously. Hanu Raghavapudi’s Fauzi and Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Spirit will be coming out one after another. Kalki 2, the sequel to Kalki 2898 AD, will recommence its shoot soon.
