Sardar 2 attempts to expand the spy world of its predecessor with a larger mission involving biological warfare and a deadly machine. Karthi returns in dual roles as father and son with sincerity and energy. Despite a focused premise and serious intent, the film struggles to deliver consistent thrills.
Weak execution, flawed logic, and dated technical work dilute tension and make the high-stakes adventure feel exhausting and unintentionally funny, while testing patience till the final act without real payoff.
