Nausheen Gilkar and her husband, Omar Ahmed, are in a fight with their surrogate, McKenna, that seems to be never-ending. The biological parents of baby Gabriel, as named by the surrogate, told a Texas court that the condition of the child had worsened. The helpless parents also called McKenna mentally unstable.

Omkar Ahmed and his wife, Nausheen Gilkar, are shattered as parental rights are currently denied to them. They wanted McKenna to abort the baby. Wiping away her tears, Nausheen stated that the baby with McKenna is their child. Gilkar further said:
“He’s our child. She’s unstable. She’s trying to take him from us.”
