The official teaser for The Vvaan is out and it takes us on a magical ride across a fantastical world filled with mysteries and beats. A glimpse of the plot suggests that the protagonists may be entering a restricted forest guarded by a dark, unknown force. History suggests that the one who enters the forests at night, shall not exit alive. However, destiny has other plans, bringing the hero (Sidharth Malhotra) to the forest.
What stands out in this peculiar world is the use of a refreshing VFX, highlighting the terrors and obstacles our hero will need to face off against. It is through his on-screen partner (Tamannaah Bhatia) that we get a hint of his connection to the forest. As the trailer further progresses, we learn more about the random visions the hero wakes up to, some more intense than the other. We also get a glimpse of some of the other talented actor’s part of the cast including Sunil Grover, Maniesh Paul, Shweta Tiwari, Anup Soni.
This year, at Mumbai Comic Con, the first official tease at this movie came to light with the team’s appearance for the promotion. During this, they revealed the comic book titled, ‘The Legend of Vvan’. This graphic novel is directly connected to the upcoming movie. the comic will act as a direct prequel which will then expand further into the upcoming film Vvan: Force of the Forest.
The movie is written by Arunabh Kumar and produced by some big names including Ektaa R Kapoor, and Niraj Kothari. Under the presentation of Balaji Telefilms and association with TVF Motion Pictures Productions, The Vvaan is set to release in theatres on September 25, 2026. The movie promises a big-screen mystical experience with a magical blend of visuals and music bringing the experience to life.
