A clip of a heated exchange between a woman journalist and a cab driver in Noida has surfaced online. The video has left the internet divided on whether what the woman did was right or not. Both parties have now shared their side of the story, and while the driver faced a loss of Rs. 130, the woman has called the driver a part of a ‘criminal syndicate’.
A woman refused to pay the Uber driver and snatched his phone
The video shared on the discussion platform, Reddit showed the Uber driver’s side of the story. In the video, he can be seen asking the woman if she will not pay the bill if she is a journalist. The passenger further stated that the driver was being rude to her. She was later seen threatening the driver and refusing to pay the taxi fare. At the end of the video, the lady is seen snatching the phone from the driver’s hand.
