Judge in Lindsay Clancy’s case plans to declare a mistrial
According to reports, jurors in Plymouth state court have spent over 38 hours in deliberations over the charges against Lindsay Clancy. The deliberations began after a weeks-long trial. This is the third time that the jury has returned without a verdict. As things stand, Judge William Sullivan looks all set to rule a mistrial. A jury’s note read out by Judge Sullivan stated:
“It is with a heavy heart that we report we are unable to come to a unanimous decision and will not be able to.”
