
Sydney Towle, a 26-year-old influencer, passed away after her three-year-long battle with a rare form of cancer. When Sydney was 23 years old, she was diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma, a rare bile duct cancer. Through all these years, while receiving treatment, Sydney used to walk ramps, document her life, and share glimpses of her life with her followers on social media.

Sydney’s followers list was in the millions, and with the news of her passing, they have been left heartbroken. There’s no denying the fact that Sydney kept her hopes high and continued being positive throughout. Even though most recently, before her passing, she wanted to stay at her home, she couldn’t, as it was necessary for her to be shifted to hospice. Her brother, Austin, recently shared her final moments before her passing, and according to him, she was actually at peace.
Sydney Towle’s brother, Austin, recently sat for an interview with PEOPLE and revealed that his sister had to be in hospice. According to him, the decision to move her there was needed for ‘making her comfortable’. She couldn’t stay at her home because of the pain it would have caused. Before her passing, in one of her videos, Sydney revealed that the oncologist who was giving her treatment refused to do so and asked her to move to end-of-life care.
